I have a Windows 7 Samsung with Nvdia Geforce 310m card, Intel Dualcore Processors and DirectX 10 (but DX 11 compatible) and I was wondering if its possible to replace my video card with the Nvidia Geforce 480m (Best laptop video card)

What manufacturer? What model?

Most manufacturers solder graphics cards to the motherboard, making it cost almost 3 times as much to replace it.

It's not worth it. If you can, I suggest getting a newer desktop. very easily upgradeable.

I SAID, it's soldered on, which means you also have to replace the motherboard. The other stuff is also likely soldered on, which means you're better off buying a new computer.

Yeah, I think my biggest mistake ever was buying a laptop with integrated INTEL (not even nvidia) graphics chipset. It's amazing how much slower they run vs. an actual video card.
