Help!

so I need help.
I got accepted to two universities.
One of them is the one I want to go too, it's a good school to become a teacher.
But the other one, I got a scholarship of 2000$ (500$/year) if I maintain a 3.7 (but I'm going in a decent bach, so it shouldn't be THAT hard to get that grade) and it's one of the best universities in Canada (top 3) but it doesn't have the Education program (which I need to apply for after i'm done my bach in Bachelor of Arts) but the other school does have it .. and they'll probably more likely accept students from their school when they'll apply right?

it might be more expensive, but i'd go with the school that gives you the education program u need to do what you want.
